Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders.
PRODUCTS & CONTENT
We acknowledge that each plant is a unique item and they cannot all be identical to the one photographed, so please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
We strive to ensure that the plants are of the same size, quality and standard as the plant depicted and is one of our promises to you as our customer. We provide our best efforts to control our quality and can confidently deliver you a plant that is of the same standard as the one depicted.
If we encounter any supply issues, we will inform you immediately and give you the option of either a full refund or an alternative stock option.
PAYMENT & PRICES
Prices may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on our website.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
DELIVERY & PICK UP
Delivery of your order will occur 2 to 5 business days once your order and payment has been received.
For any special requests, please email or call us prior to placing your order. If you have a preferred delivery date, please enter this it in the dedicated field when placing your order and we will do our best to meet your request. If we are unable to meet your requested delivery date, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Delivery is available to Sydney addresses in the following areas: Northern Beaches, North Shore, Hills District, City, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs. We currently do not deliver to Greater Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire or the Blue Mountains. If you are unsure of which category your delivery is going to, please contact us.
Local pick up is available from our home studio in Collaroy Plateau which is by appointment only. Once you have purchased your item, we will be in touch to confirm a pick up date, time and address.
If no one is present to accept delivery, we will do our best to contact you to discuss your options, If we cannot get in touch with you and deem it safe, your order will be left on the doorstep or in a safe location close by. If we are unable to leave your order it will be taken back to our studio for re-delivery. We can re-deliver free of charge at a time which suits House Of Palms or at a mutually agreed time which will be at an additional cost to you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact House of Palms via email so that we can endeavour to make you happy. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within three days of you receiving your items.
